Leisurely Loei

The provincial town of Loei, only at a short distance from the River Mekong, does not have much to hold a visitor. Its people, though, are warm and welcoming, albeit a bit timid with foreigners as not many of them come here. But still you'll have a great time by just adapting yourself to their unhurried way of life.
